these are the things I am beginning to understand...

I am beginning to understand:

• After serving 2 years and returning for humanitarian work in the Philippines I have learned that the variety of personalities in this world never ends
  
• Now that I have tried to live up to what my church leaders have taught me, I am beginning to understand that the needs of those around us will always require more than what we naturally think they need. This is now why I understand the need for a latter day prophet, just as the people during Moses' time needed him
  
• After seeing the Filipinos smile, laugh, and have a good time, I am beginning to understand that you do not need material wealth to be happy
